In the morning at the cabin, I get all giddy about running down to the dock to get some good bird photos. Greg said I sound like a freight train when I head out and snap twigs and branches and stomp on the deck. And also that it's any wonder I get any bird photos. But I do.....look honey.....I think they like me.....

Wonderful photos!! I'd be excited too!! LOL!!!
Beautiful photos. I wish I had your eye for shots like that.
I believe the birds feel your love Shelley!
Awesome pictures. Taking flight, due to your noise, can't get better than that.
They are fleeing YOU...they are still gorgeous.
xo
Of course they like you! What's not to like! Great pictures, Shelley. :)
Wow. Those photos - and the subjects - are incredible. Just fabulous, dear! :)

Wow!! I love these shots.
I'm no 'tenderfoot' in the woods either. I asked my Hubby to help me build a blind so that I could get some new Turkey shots....and said 'What's the point...you wont be able to stop figiditing around long enough to get any photos.
Love those pictures, Shelley...nothing prettier than birds in flight!
AWESOME photos....thanks for sharing.
AMAZING photo!! We have an eagles nest near our property in Presque Isle County, and managed to get some great video. Love it!!
I am sad about Miche Gross.
Love those pics
I guess you did not scare them ALL away (o:
Great pics Shelley, as usual. I love the bald eagle in particular. We seem to have more crows than anything around our place, although this year we did have a pair of wood ducks hanging around the cove for awhile.
I like action shots better than still shots, especially in the setting in which you captured these pictures. The one of the mallard is so color coordinated that it looks staged. Keep making noise and capturing beauty.
SUch a gorgeous eagle shot, Shelley. Exceptional!
