Funny I think

Okay, you're about to find out I could possibly have a sick sense of humor. I can't stop laughing at this photo I took prior to the Grayling Christmas parade starting a few weeks ago. Santa "disobeyed" the traffic signal while crossing a street and caused this car to screech his brakes to avoid hitting him! Santa was okay - which is why I laugh that I captured this on film! You can see the STOP hand signal in the photo. I thought Santa knew better! If I've offended anyone, I'm sorry. I'll be back tomorrow with more cozy cabin stuff!

I love it! But I'm glad Santa survived and will be able to make his Christmas Eve rounds.

HaHa,... so Santa will get coal in his own stocking this year! Glad that it had a happy ending and he wasn't hurt.

Okay so this reminded me of a saying I saw last night playing around on the computer. "Santa sees you when you're sleeping, He knows when you're awake, He knows when you're good or bad, Doesn't any one find this creepy?" Maybe this is the santa they are talking about. Hahaha, I guess that shows part of my humorous side. Very funny picture.

I think it's funny that you caught it right at that moment. Luckily you didn't catch him flying through the air after being hit. He was lucky and I bet he'll be a little more careful next time.

Was this on 34th Street?

I shudder to think what would have happened if that white car hadn't stopped. How would I explain that to my grandchildren?

Funny!

I guess ole' Santa thought he had privileges ordinary folk don't have! How funny!

Hi Shelley, I really enjoy your blog. I'm Carol's (over at Charli and Me's) granddaughter. We are from MI too. I have always had a love for log cabins. Infact I am trying to decorate my home to look like one since I don't have a real one! LOL

Santa should know better than risk an accident this near Christmas. We surely don't want to read, "Twas the night before Christmas and Santa got hit by a car."

Very cute....I'm so glad Santa was okay though...he's got lots of work to do! :) (And funny that you had your camera to get the shot...I probably would have too...it goes with me everywhere!)

Wow - Santa just got kicked off his own list! Another iconic hero crashes to the earth with a little thud.

Too cute!
