I love my switch plates!
For some odd reason, I just love decorative switch plates for the log home. I'll spend a good hour in a rustic store just looking at all the different log home decor switch plates. Since our log home is called 'The Loon's Nest' I had thought about doing all Loon theme switch plates. But I got a little off track.....

We also like switch plates. In the old cabin we had lighthouses, birds, and my sister gave me a special set of Teddy Bears switchplates. We left most of them behind but I did get to take the teddy bears with me!

I think they look kinda neat. Me, I'm not an artsy-craftsy sort of guy and neither is Mrs74, so ours are very plain.
The pine cones are my favorite even though I have moose on the loose in my current home! I told Dave that even though I love moose, to have them as the overriding theme EVERYWHERE you look in our cabin, is going to be overkill. How do you say no though to every cute thing that catches your eye? It's hard I tell ya!
