We interrupt this log cabin blog to bring you a message from Marvin, our log cabin cat. He has a little crush on Knatolee's kitty Naomi. He was quite impressed when he saw her "cat on a hot tin vent" photo (you must check this out!) and thinks she must have a good job. He also shares a passion for heat vents, loves canned cat food and can identify at least 20 different types of birds. Marvin would like to know what she's doing for Valentine's day.

Marvin, you are SO handsome! And SMART! And unlike my current love dumpling, Alex-kitty, you have FOUR legs, not just three. Plus you look pretty athletic! Not to mention hot (in more ways than one.) Tripod Alex is a little too fond of the kibble, if you catch my drift. I am very intrigued.
The thing is, Marvin, I don't have a good job. I showed up late at night yowling my kitten-head off and these two human saps took me in. But Marvin, I can teach you how to get ANYTHING you want free, just by sucking up to those humans. They let me get away with things you wouldn't believe, just because I'm tiny and cute. Your Mom especially looks like a soft touch. I can teach you to use that to your advantage!
Yep, I think I'll just book me a flight to Michigan for Saturday. I hope they'll let me fly in the heated cargo hold. If we get married, could you get me a green card?
